I’m a teenager and pretty overweight. I currently weigh 174 with a target somewhere in the 130′s. I’ve tried many diets this summer and exercise everyday, including cardio and training. Somehow, I’ve not been seeing results. My diet has changed considerably as well. Does anyone have any clue why I’m not seeing results? And if so, then what I could do to see faster results?
To clear up confusion:
I currently exercise for an hour or more daily, but this is only a recent development.
And my diet is in a rough 1,200 limit, but I sometimes induldge too much.
