Quick weight loss 15 pounds?
Is it possible to lose 15 pounds in a month?
I am a size 5 and am 5’6 and I want to lose 15 pounds to be a size 3.
I eat pretty normal have bad days just like everyone, but If I totally change my eating habits and eat completely healthy as in oatmeal and fruit for breakfast salads with tuna and so forth as well as run 30 minutes a day when should I see these results?

My birthday is on December 23 & I just found out that my boyfriend is taking me out to a club and I want to look really hot. I would like to drop a few pounds between now and then…I weigh approximately 130lbs now and I would like to get down to 120lbs-125lbs…in that range…any suggestions.
Also I’m a full time student, that just works part time so I’m not made of money..just cheap suggestions please. I can’t afford to go out and purchase any expensive diet pills or anything like that.
