Another weight loss question?

I put like 2 and a half stones on since November – through stress. I eat all the wrong food and cant sleep at night as i suffer from insomnia so i eat more and so on. Really depressing!
Anyway, what i want to know is if i gained the weight really quick – do you guys think if i really tried to watch what i eat again and look after myself like before i could lose the weight gained just as fast?? Or will it take forever to lose?? My metabolism is pretty slow.
I lost a fair amount of weight last year, but that was through barely eating (around 300-500 calories) throughout the year until november and now i eat about 2000 calories and am gaining a lot of weight – which is obvious. Since last week i’ve gained another 4lbs which is less considering the weight gain recently.
So the question is, will i be able to lose the weight i’ve put on as fast as i’ve gained?? Provided i eat healthy and exercise? I want to be thin again fast – i have to be!! I cant be fat anymore.

When does weight loss start to get easier?

I’ve heard the second week is the hardest especially because there is little results and not as easy to stick to. At what point will it get easier mentally? Also, when do results start to show, is it a lot of weight loss the first week, then hardly anything the next, then stay at a steady rate after that?
