weight loss?
i was looking to loose some weight by the end or the middle of july. i am 5ft 2.5 inches and weigh 140lbs, which is overweight. i was hoping to find some weight loss tips? thanks. and if anyone has any personal experience in their weight loss achievements that would be great if you could tell me about like how and what you did. thanks so much.
Belly Fat Loss
Is this a good plan for keeping track of weight loss goals? How long, approximately, will it take per goal?
I am trying to loose weight, and I am thinking of rewarding myself with something nice (non-food related) at certain points in my weight loss journey. I am eating smaller, more frequent portions. I am working on increasing healthy food intake and exercise, and decreasing junk. (I have eliminated soda-diet and non-diet). My exercise, for now, will mostly consist of walking.
Start Weight-180 lbs
Goal 1-162 lbs
Goal 2- 146 lbs
Goal 3- 131 lbs
Goal 4- 120 lbs
Each goal is basically a 10% weight loss goal. However, the difference between goals 3 and 4 are less than 10%. If I went with the 10% goal I would be at 118 lbs.
I may stop at goal 3 though, or somewhere between goals 3 and 4.
How long would it take to reach each goal simply using a diet of more whole grains, less fried foods, more greens, more water, and gradually working up an exercise routine? No fancy programs (with the exception of Weight Watchers to help make quick and easy choices).
Are these realistic weight loss goals to have?

I cut out sugary beverages-going from up to 5,000 calories a week (sometimes more) in beverages to drinking only water and skim milk.
That is about an average of 714 calories less per week. I have not changed my diet much in any other way. I am working on slowly making other modifications to my diet and exercise habits.

Weight loss help PLEASE?
I am so tired of hearing people say if you want to loose weight just eat right and work out. ok does everyone but me not have a busy life? i cant sit down every night and cook and eat dinner. or eat the right breakfast every morning. and i def dont have time to go to the gym all the time. I really wish I did though. I’m 5’2 and weigh around 150-155 right now. I really **** to admit that. I really want to loose like 30 pounds or more by summer. I cant make myself throw up, or stop eating there isant a point to either because when you do actually eat or digest food you will gain that weight back quick i dont want that.so i need something. I would like to try a pill or something. is there anything I can do with my busy lifestyle and not be at the gym at midnight and still loose weight? please someone help.

the reason why i’m asking is that i want to loose weight sort of quick. I have an eating regiment and a work out planed, but i feel that if i use alli it will speed the process along a little bit. I read on webmd that alli is the only over the counter drug that you should be taking if you choose to use one. Just wondering what people think of the idea…
