I am trying to lose about 10 pounds, maybe 15 at the maximum, but I would like to do it quickly. What is a good diet program that would work with what we eat. I know a lot of people that lost weight with Atkins &#038; South Beach, but those diets don&#8217;t really fit in to a vegetarian lifestyle. I am not looking for a quick fix, but something that we will be able to stick with for awhile. I know that part of our problem is that we eat a lot of carbs. We practically live on pasta. Its hard because we work different schedules so neither one of us really cooks a meal, but rather grabs something to eat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.<br />

I did not always weigh this much it was only until after my daughter was born and I just kept gaining. I am at work for almost 12 to 13 hours a day and the rest of the time I am at home with my daughter. I was on the Quick Weight Loss Program, lost 25 pounds and gained it back. I have since tried it again, but nothing seems to make it come off anymore. I just want to be the same weight I was years ago, but I am just having trouble. I need to be able to afford the food, because as a single mother who works all the time I do not have the money to buy all the food that these programs want. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. As far as exercise by the time I get home me and my daughter do manage to walk around the neighborhood but than it gets too late.
