How much should I run to see weight loss results?

I started running last week. I ran three miles on two different occasions. We plan to start running 3 miles four times a week. If I am consistent with my running, is that enough to lose weight without changing my diet? Also how long would it take to notice results in toning and weight loss? I am trying to lose about 10 pounds, maybe 15 at the maximum, but I would like to do it quickly. I plan to do a little exercise on the days I don’t run, but nothing extreme.

I can take weight loss pills from http://www.weightlossdietpillz.com/ but due to medications I take for epilepsy, and I can’t afford any of those fad diets like LA Weight Loss (though I know from experience that plan really works well) or Weight Watchers. I exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after dinner. Any tips or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

What weight loss pill is most effective?

I know it is not the most healthy way to lose weight whatsoever.. but I am 19, 193 pounds, and very uncomfortable with my body. I have tried diet and exercise and even cut out soda for 5 months almost completely and drank water and green tea…I’ve still only lost about 20 lbs ( used to be 210).
