I am currently 14 years old and last summer my dad found out that the aneurysm in his heart had grown vigorously with-in the year. Knowing this we went on a diet that was recommended by the doctor. The diet came with a meal book that was FILLED with various recipes that are very delicious, filling, and healthy; we also walked every other night for 3 miles. My dad had surgery to get his artery removed and replaced with a metal one. Now we still follow the guidelines but after I lost 30lbs, I have kept at a steady weight. I lift 10lb weights for 30 minutes before bed and participate in PE at school. I would like to lose at least 15lbs in the next month. Please come with any advise.

The advice can be recipes, meal plans, exercises, or whatever else you can think of.
