I am consuming about 800 calories per day. I am 25 years old, 5’4 and 160lbs! Way too big. I have no patients adn I want a quick fix. My fiance and I are visiting my family for Christmas and I don’t want them to see how I have let myself go. Also, I’m suppose to try on my wedding gown for a fitting when I go for Christmas.
