Weight loss?

I’m 14, I’ve been eating less than half of the reccomended calories every day (today only 11% so far,) i’ve been running a mile every other day, yet i haven’t seen a difference in my appearance or weight at all. I’ve been at it for a week. I know that this isn’t exactly healthy, but I NEED to lose weight in two weeks. Besides making myself throw up or diet pills (not interested!) what weight loss methods work the fastest? I’m up for anything!
and, no i’m not obese. i just want to lose like 3 lbs

I don`t very much junk, I mean I have penchant for Rice Krispy squares but that“s it. They are 110 calories a bag and I even cut it down to half of one a day.
I`m working and getting no results. Anyone that says at least you will feel good after wards, the answer is no, I don`t. I feel horrible and sore after a work out to find it not being worth anything. I have been eating salad for 2 and a half weeks. Granted with lots of veggies, olive oil and vineger but I`m sure that`s wrong too. I used to take classes that I enjoyed and then I messed up my knee. I`m so blinking sad about that.
As for the restriction diet, I did that I ate abuot 700 calories a day. I fel like I was going to vomit all the time. I felt horrilbe. So its a lose lose situation

I have a last minute reunion coming up in two weeks and the last time these friends saw me I was a size 4-6. I’m 5lbs from an 8 right now and 15 from a 6. I’d be satisfied with an 8 but thrilled to be in a 6. Right now Im eating a balanced 800 cal diet, trying to stay physically active when I don’t have to sit (eg cleaning, pacing, walking, or lifting weights) and drinking lots of water (no soft drinks whatsoever). Does anyone have any other suggestions that may help me out in a pinch? Thanks!
Wow! If I tried to force myself to eat 1500 or 2000 calories I would throw up because I would have to shove food in my mouth all day. Since the 800 cal seems to be bothering people let me give you an example of my typical day.
Breakfast (9a):
Oatmeal w/ Cranberries & Almonds (no added sugar) –
170 cal
Lunch (12p):
Lean turkey on whole wheat (low cal) bread w/ mustard.-
140 cal
LOTS of fresh veggies (cucumbers, broccolli, tomatos, etc)-
about 60 cal
total lunch: 200 cal
afternoon snack (3p)
low fat yogurt or string cheese
total: 100 cal
dinner (6p):
grilled bonless skinless chicken breast
160 cal
steamed veggies
60 cal
fresh fruit
50 cal
total: 270 cal
snack (8p):
veggies
total: 50 cal
