I’ve heard of people taking them to aid weight-loss but i’m not sure how it works. It sounds stupid but are they taken after eating to avoid calories being absorbed? Also what are the side effects if any and can you OD on them?

So my question is, Can fast weight loss be healthy if while cutting your calories you still separate to 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism up; While also going to the gym everyday working different muscle groups every other day, while still doing a strong aerobic workout every day?

What do you recommend for a weight-loss supplement?
I am trying to lose weight (30-40lbs), I currently work out 4 times a week and burn around 1,000 calories each work out session. I have lost a significant amount of weight before but have gained some of it back, I am at 255 now.
I have looked into Clinicallix, Lipofuze and smiler’s like it. I have also looked at Alli but i don’t think its for me. What are your recommendations for a weight-loss supplement?

How to maintain weight after weight loss?
I’ve reached my weight loss goal and i wanna maintain my weight now. I currently weigh 95 lbs at 5’1. I do 60minutes of cardio 5 times a week and 2-3 times of strength training a week. I do yoga too! I used to take in 1200-1400 calories when i was dieting. Should i increase my calorie intake if i wanna maintain my weight now? Should i reduce, maintain or increase my workout routine? Help please, thank you!

How to i continue from being on a weight loss plateau?
For the past 6 monthes, i totally changed my life style. I eat very healthy and have a lot of self control. I work out as much as i can in addition to sports games and practices and i have dropped my weight from 178 down to 137. But lately i can’t get the scale to move at all in the weight loss direction and i don’t know how to change that. I’m not sure if just cutting back calories will do it because i know that i dont eat over 1200 a day if even at all close. Can anyone help me?
