Which is better for weight loss?
Going 20 min. on a stationary bike with low resistance at a fairly quick pace, or on a higher resistance? Wouldn’t the higher resistance cause me to gain more muscle. I was doing 30 on a stairmaster with med. resistance and I gained muscle weight. So wouldn’t the lower resistance do it for me on my bike? Wouldn’t I bulk up less?

If you have done the six week thing, was it helpful? Did it make you feel better? Did you see results? Do you think there is a better six week program out there?
p.s. I know it takes more than six weeks for healthy weight loss so I don’t want you to misunderstand this as trying to find a quick weight loss method. I am just looking for a good 6 week program that people have had sucess with to begin their weight loss journey.

If a person smokes, will they lose weight and if so–how long? Does the weight just fall off?? Or is it slowly?
Thanks in advance for all your honest kind answers. I know a gal I work with that began to smoke and she said she stopped eating breakfast, and def eats less now. Does the weight just come off? Quick??
UPDATE: I believe she was a smoker prior and then began again related to the weight gain

Is whey protien actually good for weight loss?
Is whey protien good for weight loss or weight gain.. I work out 5 times a week and I would like to get my muscles back up to par quicker without the soreness. I have been told that whey does it, but also it can hurt because the body burns off the protien instead of the fat. I drink water and keep hydrated and try not to push to far. But want that little extra without getting into enhancement drugs
