when will people realize there is no such thing as a quick fix for weight loss?

well to answer your reply ANDERSON that weight loss does follow and so does your health…like i said you dont have to take pills if you get off your but and put healthy stuff in your mouth….taking a pill to stop your appatite is not good for your body nor will it ever be because you cant consume the nutrients yor bodie needs if your stomach is filled up with some man made junk….im also glad to see that most of you agree…in order to loose weight and gain muscle in a healthy fashion you must train hard and be commited….love daisy
