I’m thinking about ordering one, but want to make sure it is not a rip off. I’m not necessarily looking for a quick fix weight loss solution with this machine, it’s just that I don’t have time to make it to the gym every day and would like to have an ab machine at home to help me gradually shed some inches and gain a six pack over time, without having to do crunches or sit ups on the floor and without hurting my neck.
My main concern is that it isn’t as easy as it looks to use, my mom says it looks like you’d slide off of it.
Any comments/advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. =)
