I do not know about quick and easy way to lose weight, but here are some general healthy tips:

Another way to become slimmer in hours is by doing Calanetics. It&#039;s an exercise workout but you won&#039;t believe how quickly it works! I&#039;ve used it so many times, it&#039;s safe and so effective! It was made in the 80&#039;s I think but if you ignore the naff music and hilarious Lycra outfits you&#039;ll have a fit bod in hours!! It&#039;s amazing!
