Looking for a method online is where you go wrong! Diets are not universal! No one knows your body better than yourself. It’s an inner fight and self struggle with discipline! You’ll have to eat a variety of GOOD* foods, drink plenty of water, have a regular fitness plan (2-3 times a week, a lot of walking/running to start), and a proper sleep schedule(preferrably 6-8hrs a night). Recall the food pyramid you learned about way back in school! Yea, that one! The full coarse meals, veggies, fruits, etc are key to balancing your system! You’ll start to tighten up and loose weight naturally and not by some enhanced chemical or miracle fat-fighting drink. You could go online and find a money-hungry program, but for most people i know who try quick weight lose programs end up gaining it right back! You have to adapt your own routine of health, exercise, rest which works for you. Do take advice from other programs, but if you want best results…build your own! I was 235ish lbs…now I walk around at 199lbs! All i do now is run 3 times a week, for 20mins, eat right, and rest! **** to say it, but it’s going take a change in your lifestyle and DISCIPLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, if you eat that many calories and go about your daily life, you will start promoting fast weight loss. As you start achieving weight loss, adjust your calorie consumption accordingly with respect to your weight.
Try to exercise a few days per week to burn some extra calories off keep your metabolism working at a fast rate. The goal is to be consistent everyday. Most people don’t achieve their weight loss goals because they only follow these weight loss tips for a few days or week and just quit. You need to be consistent everyday. Make it habit and part of your life.

To take ultimate advantage of omega-3 fatty acids, it’s best to take a high-potency, high-quality fish oil supplement daily. New research also shows that dietary omega-3 fatty acids may be linked to lower bodyweight.
Mix it up. We all have individual differences. Something that may work for one person may not work for the next. Be sure to try a few different things and see what works best for you.
Whatever you do, it’s important that you don’t become discouraged. Shoot all scales. Pay attention to your body. As you continue to enjoy a reduced-calorie diet, providing your body with quality nutrition, and building muscle through exercise, then the weight will begin to come off safely.
