    Today is Sunday.
    Thursday is approximately 4 days.

    Yeah, best bet is to chop off a limb.

    Why don’t people ever think ahead? :/

  • How To Loose Belly Fat

    Drink alot of water.
    No juice, soda, diet soda, chewing gum.
    No sugar.

    Eat 3 tiny meals.
    E.g breakfast: 1 boiled egg.
    Lunch: 1 dry toast
    Dinner: Salad, with an oil dressing, tomato chunks & grated carrot.

    or
    B: 1 Apple.
    L: dry toast
    D: Steamed green beans & carrots with oil on them, and a little salt.

    This is bad for your body though, make sure you won’t continue to eat this little, please don’t I don’t want you hurting yourself.

    Excersize. Alot.
    A long brisk walk every day.
    200 crunches.
    20 sit ups.
    With like 8 pound weights try a set of 20.

    Squats, go for 30 – a day. Like squat, then go back up then down then back up 30 times, you can do 2 sets.

    Nope, sorry. That doesn’t happen. 1 pound = 3500 calories. 15 pounds = 52500 calories. That’s a LOT of exercise.

  • Easy Way To Lose Weight

    Actually your answer is in the title. There’s a diet called Quick Weight Loss which works like a charm. You don’t have to join the group just use their technique. The first three days are:
    Breakfast: half an orange and two eggs
    Lunch: as much plain baked chicken as you want and something green (such as broccoli or green beans)
    Dinner: is the same as lunch.
    -eat the other half of your orange after dinner-

    get plenty of exercise and drink ALOT of water. the water will expel all your water weight.
    This does work because I lost five pounds in the first week without exercising.
    -also once going off this diet you have to be careful because you will gain your weight back quickly.
