What is a good way to make your own diet?

There are so many diets out there. I have tried almost every diet. I have lost weight but want to keep it off. I went to one place at Quick Weight Loss but they are so expensive to keep going. I learned new habits that I want to keep using.

    There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever. So a lot of these ideas about losing weight, make you fatter. Cutting calories, carbs and fats can cause you to have a weight problem for life. It is better to eat differently. See site below and learn why lean meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. The people counting calories are the fat people.

    Also salt has no calories but makes you fat. This also has the quickest weight loss possible. Eat good carbs, not bad carbs. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Eat foods made by nature

    you have to count calories , and stay away from processed
    food , just eat at home food like salad, a good sandwhich
    some meat and go for long walks and you will lose weight ,
    also stay away from mayonais and if you exercise and make
    sure you eat less than 2000 calories a day you will lose mad weight , i started exercising and stopped drinking beer every
    day and I lost my beer gut.

    here is what I did and it worked for me. everyone says eat veggies, stay away from carbs blah blah. honey eat what yo want, but in proper portions. an example, I love chocolate so every day I eat a hershey kiss in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening ( I do count the calories in my total intake though – but, I don’t feel like I am depriving myself.) also, eat protein – while you are dieting you will be more tired at first and protein helps balance your blood suger. um – skinless chicken ****** is good. eat a salad with a baked chicken ******. find veggies you like and eat tons of them. and here is a nother trick I used, for dressing, I like ranch – not the best for you, but, what I do is keep it in a separate cup and dip my fork in the ranch and then pick up the salad, so you get a taste of it in every bite, but not so much that it is bad for you. drink tons of water and cut back on your salt intake. and if you eat many small meals a few hours apart it will help keep your blood sugar balanced and you wont feel as tired and hungry. I lost 63 lbs doing this and am the weight I was in high school now. I keep my same eating habits now, and have maintained the weight loss for 4 yrs so far. I would break my lucnh into 2 meals, same with breakfast and then just have a small dinner and a small snack before bed. but my snack is like an apple or a small bowl of cereal ( I love banana nut crunch with skim milk.)
