    Sorry toots but unless you work it off and eat properly, you won’t lose 10 lbs in a month!
    Pills don’t work – they’re rip off’s in a bottle.
    Eat veggies and fruits and fish and chicken (not fried)…
    and go for a 30 min walk a day.

    No diet pills are safe. They increase your heartbeat and without activating the muscles, that is dangerous. Maybe try eating a bit better and find some sort of easy exercise for you like taking the stairs at work or go walk around the mall for a while.

You could do 10 minutes in the morning, afternoon, and at night, so that you don’t have to do a big chunk all at once. Ideally, you should get an hour of exercise a day. Find something you enjoy. Skating, walking in the park, jump roping, aerobic tapes, etc. You can even walk up and down the stairs.

    Humans are made to exercise. That is why there is such an epidemic of overweight/obesity today. We used to have to hunt/gather our own food, walk to the river for water, build shelters, etc. Our bodies haven’t changed much since then, since it takes millions of years to evolve.
