    Quick doesn’t tend to keep the weight off…try cutting out junk food, sodas, and stuff like that (eat healthy) and be active…go for walks, bicycle ride, rollerblade, or some other things that’ll get your heart pumping and make you a little tired after while..

    It’ll take several weeks to lose that 20 lbs the right way, but it’ll feel good when you do it…take care of you, and be safe…good luck!
