Quickest way for rapid weight loss?

Does anyone know the best way to lose weight quickly? I am not talking the “healthy” way either. I gave birth to my third child in Jan 2005, I worked really hard to get the weight off, changed my diet, did the Firm and it really worked. Earlier this year I sort of over did it with Girl Scout Cookies (I was the cookie mom) and then I got pregnant again, but miscarried, so I have gained about 15 pounds back. I excercise when I have the time and I don’t over eat, but I am terribly unhappy with my weight right now. So I want to lose about 15 pounds (I’m 5’6, 170lbs) pretty quickly and THEN follow up with maintaining it with diet and excercise…any ideas?

You can do a fast. There is a two week fast called the “lemonade” diet (it’s not lemonade) do a Google search. It really works as long as you don’t overeat after doing it. It cleans out toxics from your body and you feel so much better afterward. It’s 10 days long and it takes willpower.
The “lemonade” is water, lemon juice, honey and red pepper. Do a Google search to get the proper proportions.

simply reduce your serving size 50% on every meal,
fill your diet with green veggies and leafy salads, you can eat all the veggies you want and not gain a pound. let the salds and others veggies make up for the 50% you gave up.
now you have cut your food intake in half and dont feel hungary all the time. by the way this is a really healthy fast way to lose weight. yes they do exhist. be sure to continiue to exercise at the same pace you were and if you can slip in an extra work out. dont kill yourself by fasting, think of long term effects, your kid will thank you later.

I started a low carb, low fat diet last week and it is working well. I also purchased a resistence band to firm up my arms (which you can do while watching t.v. or anything) I avoid white bread, pasta, candy and sweets. I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything and I am not hungry all the time either. good luck
