Here is a very healthy way to take off and keep off weight.Eat 5 healthy small meals a day and exercise at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes at a time.
You want to have a balance of carbs/fat/protein.30/30/40%.
In order for the body to burn calories, it must have calories in it.
Fasting only causes your body to go into starvation mode which is counter productive when on a restrictive caloric diet.
Also, fat leaves your body through your body through your urine and waste.
The more water you drink the better. It flushes the fat right out….but be patient. Your body needs time to adapt to any changes you are putting it through. At any time our body can retain up to 4 lbs of water so keep that in mind. When you wake up in the morning you need to hydrate since you’ve been fasting . Also, hydrate before you eat. You dont need to drink fluids whiole you eat as this just dilutes your stomach acids which decreases digestion.
A probiotic is also very essential for proper digestion. You will find this in yogurt or acidophilus supplements.
Diet
Protein sources Eggs whites,fish, chicken, turkey
Carbs; Brown rice whole grain breads broccoli, lettuce veggies
(keep starchy carbs limited to palm size amounts depending on your activity level.
Fats Avocados/flax seeds/coconut oil/lowfat soymilk/wild salmon/cheese in small amounts
Never let yourself get so hungry that you are not in control of yourself and what you eat.

Think of your body… like the gas tank of a car.
You want to keep clean burning, good fuel in it never letting it run out of gas. Your body is a fine tuned machine that must be dealt with very carefully if you want it to work for you.
