Quick weight/shape question?

I have lost some weight this year, at my most I was 273, now I’m 178.4 my doctors says I should arm for 165-150. But weight loss is not the problem at the moment. I lost all this weight by diet alone really no exercise maybe some walking but not a lot. The weight just seems to come off me about 2 pounds a week I would say, so like I said weight loss is not the problem. I have about 2-3 inches of “fat” around my mid section. Very loose, my friend says it skin but I don’t think so. So now I’m going to start using a exercise ball and do core strength workout for half an hour 3 times a week to start out. Here my question How long roughly, will it be till I see any difference, should I up the about of times I do it a week, or does anyone else have any other suggestion on how to fix this problem. (not a fan of going to the gym so home base solutions.) I’m 24 years old 178.4 pounds and 5′ 10.5′

if you used 2 b fat and lost all the weight, it’s VERY hard 2 get rid of the excess skin. sometimes surgery is needed to remove it but doesnt sound like your in those extremes. just diet, work out, and drink lots of water and it should start going down
