    I have lots of tips but if you can keep to them!

    1) Take more fish and lean meat. White fish are better than others.

    2) Take less carbohydrates-rice, wheat, noodles,bread

    3) Eat beans, they fill you up better.

    4) Take many small meals a day, filled with fruits like apples.

    5) Drink more water and fruit juice-like apple juice.

    6) Exercise, at least 3 times a week for an hour each.

    7) Do some strength training on alternate days to burn more calories by doing nothing!
    8) 2hours before you sleep, nothing goes in expect water!

    9) Sleep no more than 9hours each day!

    10) Get a support group and send each other encouragement through sms, this way you can last longer.
