I definitely DON’T recommend throwing up…how ridiculous.
Just cut out things that are obviously not good for you, junk food, chocolate, crisps, fizzy drinks etc. Exercise regularly. Be sure to eat breakfast! It’s the most important meal of the day which kick starts your metabolism, and we all know if your metabolism is slow you’ll find it hard to lose weight. The last thing you want to do is starve yourself which could do permanent damage. I’m not an expert by any means but I’ve dieted as much as the next person and found that having a healthy diet is the best way forward.
