Other ways to lose weight are... try something new. Break out of your usual routine, drink tons of water, walk, and get in touch with your emotions, maybe learn some free relaxation tricks online. I love to lift weights and found this to help me shrink after doing this for only 2 weeks.  I bought a total gym, the one that chuck norris and christie brinkley endorsed.  I bought the cheapest one of course and its easy to use and I can raise the level as I get stronger.  Also cut out all junk food no matter how much you crave it.  Try drinking green tea every morning.  Stevia makes a great sweetner for tea.  visit your local health food store too.  I eat a lot of salads with very little on it.  I prefer chicken and shrimp since I&#039;m not a big meat eater and I top it with red onions and my own dressing out of real lemon juice, not the stuff in the bottle and I shake it with safflower oil or canola oil.   I **** bottled dressings now.  I stick to a lot of veggies and some fruit and I guzzle water.  Do some research online too if you haven&#039;t already.</description>
