    Relying on pills is a bad idea; first of all, they put an awful strain on your heart, secondly, if they lead to any weight loss it will be short term, and mostly water weight. Your best best is to exercise a lot and eat better. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies for fiber (which will “cleanse” your intestines, and also have fewer calories than anything else); also, eat more protein, and less fat (think white meat, lean beef, etc…)- it helps you feel fuller while eating less.     Wanna lose weight? **** to say it, but you gotta EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE. Those four words are ESSENTIAL to ANYONE out there that is IN SHAPE. Pills and such are unnatural and they will only lead to health problems in the long run.

    Do yourself a favor and don’t believe the hype. Diet Pills are in the game of SALES and nothing more. Why make a product that will COMPLETELY do the job, thus making consumers stop at buying the product? The goal is to SELL SELL SELL, and to do that, they have to MARKET, ADVERTISE, and ultimately, LIE. That way, they sucker you into a purchase, and even more purchases because you are led to believe that in order to see any more “weight loss” results, you have to buy MORE product.

    Don’t BUY into their GAME! Live long, happy and healthy and do it the natural way! The way your body was intended to manage its weight! You’ll love it, and you’ll be even more thrilled later in life when you look into the mirror a notice that you LOOK AMAZING, and you DON’T HAVE TO POP PILLS TO STAY THAT WAY!
