is this a good diet for quick weight loss?

if i stick to this or something along these lines will i be able to lose like 4 lbs by next sat? its winter formal and im 5’4″ and currently about 110 lbs and i want to be 106? if this isnt good can someone tell me what will work?

I think your weight and height is just fine! I am 5’3 and weigh 115 and i look healthy! I am comfortable with myself! I believe there is such a thing called too skinny!
I would eat normal and just push your exercise a little more workout 30 minutes extra!

Nope this won’t work actually…
You need 1,200 calories at the very least because the way the body works is that if you don’t eat enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to every calorie it gets so you won’t lose any weight. I just went to a nutritionist and she actually told me that my 1,200 calorie plan was still to low, and suggested i bring it up to 1,800…
It sounds like good food to eat you just need to up the calories.
But if you want to lose some weight before a dance the best way to do it is to stick to a good meal plan, cut out salts because you will retain water from that, and drink a ton of water. Same as calories, when you body is not getting enough water it will hang on to whatever you get causing a retention of water weight, which is what you’ll be able to shed before the dance.
I know it sounds strange but drink as much water as you possibly can until the day before the dance.
Also, 40 mins of decently intense cardio a day. 4 pounds will be gone really quick i promise!
