600-900 calories a day.Most of which will come from veggies like carrots and celery.These veggies have negative calories.Consume no more then 30 grams of fat a day.No more then 100 carbs.You will lose 3-5 lbs a week.This is not healthy, and I’ll probably get alot of thumbs down, but it works.
Weight Loss Diet Plan
I’m not sure about the food part maybe salads and fruits and protein bars, 6 small meals a day, but A good workout is a boxer workout you do 20 minutes of crunches and push-ups then rest for 5 min then you jog for 20 min then rest for 10 min then do crunches and pusups again for 20 min rest for 10 minutes then hit the jumprope for 10-15 minutes then rest or finish if you dont have a heavy bag or a speed bag.
